Please present your transfer booking confirmation to the driver, located on level: minus-1. They will be waiting for you until 1 hour 10 minutes since your flight landed.
Transfers – Vehicle Type
The Vehicle type will be exactly what you have booked, only could be changed to a better service, but remember is not exactly the same car of the picture, could be diferente model or color.
Best Benidorm Transfer reserve the right to provide an adequate choice of vehicle be it in the form of a standard taxi, or premier car. However, “PREMIER SERVICES” are always supplied by Mercedes cars or high class cars.
Some areas in town have extreme limited access for cars
Should we have difficulty reaching your accommodation. You will be taken to – or, collected from the nearest accessible point. Our driver will tell you exactly where.
Transfer times are estimated, subject to traffic.
Numerous properties can be affected during peak season & Local fiestas! It is the clients obligation to ensure they confirm the pick-up point and collection time locally in resort a day or 2 prior to departure.
Private Transfers
All our “private transfers” provide “door-to-door” service *However, there may be some restrictions making this impossible for us to guarantee. You must consider the location of your destination. Direct Access can depend on various factors, such as: road-works & forced/unexpected diversions, fiesta programmes, and the type of vehicle supplied to accommodate your party.
Children.
It will be mandatory that the child travel with the retention system required by law, if you do not reserve this system, or do not bring it with you, the transfer will not be made, being the responsibility of the parents or guardians and not making any refund.
Cancellations & No Shows
Best Benidorm transfer will not be responsible (nor liable for extra costs) should any client decide to make their own way to or from the airport. Refunds are not permitted for services cancelled under 24 hours for the journey, private services exceeding waiting time, or "no show" customers. 100% charges apply in these cases.
Conduct and Behaviour
Should any member of your party cause reason for concern on board (for example, a person under alcohol), our service will immediately terminate and your reservation in full .
Best Benidorm Transfer (Benidorm VIP Transfer S.L.) will not responsible for alternative travel arrangements nor can be held liable for any extra costs involved or inconvenience caused.
Your baggage & it’s contents are your own responsibility
Best Benidorm Transfer not liable for any baggage claims caused by airlines or airport handling. Items of great value should be carried as hand-luggage & kept with you at all times. Should any passengers suffer loss of luggage or damages in transit we recommend you process any unfortunate incidents immediately via your own personalised Travel Insurance.
Modifications .
Changes of any sort which may affect your transfer booking must be notified direct to Best Benidorm Transfer at least 48 hours prior to travel. WILL BE 5 EUROS FOR ADMIN FEE.

Force majeure events.
There are circunstances arise beyond our control which may lead to a suspension in our performance or termination of service (if impracticable or illegal to fulfill our obligation) Best Benidorm Transfer (Benidorm VIP Transfer S.L.) will not be responsible for alternative travel arrangements.
The list of posibilites are endless, however, the main force of disruption to one & all parties in concern has to be any “Act of God” ie. Natural Disaster and in turn severe meteorological conditions. Terrorism, War, Industrial strikes, Police controls and unfortunate accidents are amongst a brief number of “others” for which Best Benidorm Transfer are not liable. If your travel plans change due to the mis-conduct or breach of contract by others, Including flight cancellations, missed connections and/or any other unexpected forced alterations in transit, Best Benidorm Transfer (Benidorm VIP Transfer S.L) cannot accept liability for third parties and will not assume responsibilty for extra costs or inconvenience caused in order to complete your journey .
