Just to add, returned from Benidorm yesterday, got picked up at hotel slightly earlier than our time, 40 minutes to airport, beating all the bus companies, we sailed through Ryanair check in in 10 minutes, and no stress at airport..Thanks Juan for another 2 great transfers. Hi Juan just a quick note to say thank you for the excellent transfers, driver waiting at the airport and on time pick up back from the hotel at 3pm for a 6pm flight (a couple who had booked a coach transfer were also waiting for a 3.30 pm pick up for a 8.45pm flight, your service took over 2 hours less than those) look forward to using you again in the future.

 we use Juan Luis Gil Alvarez you pay a bit extra for the minibus but you get what you pay for. We used him in Sept ( 9th and 16th) so comfy, clean and the driver was smart as a carrot and polite. There were 4 adults and a baby ( they even had a baby seat for us, unlike the shuttle buses). So smooth wouldn't use any one else. Straight from airport to accommodation no drop offs. X

Great transfer, we were delayed, but driver met us and dropped off in front of hotel, 40 mins after pick up. Last time Benniconnect dropped us off 60 yards away outside Villa Benidorm in front of muggers and drunks at midnight. Then on return our driver came in to our hotel a little early ( great) and carried our luggage to beautiful people carrier for the 2 of us. At airport in plenty of time and stress free. Last time again Benniconnect turned up 30 mins late and got us to airport 1 1/2 hours before flight. Time we checked in due to long queue we were stressed out to the limit.

I echo all of these comments. Another great holiday thanks to a smooth pickup and collection. Made a change to pick up 18 hours before and Juan made the change within the hour. Thanks Juan and May transfer already booked.

It’s so easy just to call and say Juan I’m here but I can’t see the driver. Happened to me once (bearing in mind I use Juan 6+ times every year!). I called Juan, he told me where to wait and within 5 minutes the driver arrived to greet me, he’d arrived early and gone to the toilet. Everything resolved in minutes.

We’ve just used this service and all I can say excellent ***** we had a long delay from Bristol and they were still waiting for us. Pick up just as easy going back to Alicante. Courteous drivers even at 2.30am. 40-45 minutes to Benidorm none of this shuttle bus business. Will definitely use them again. Communication fantastic! Thank you Juan Luis Gil Alvarez.

Hi Guy's, please excuse my late comment. I have always used Juan's company over the years. We were supposed to land at Alicante Airport on the 29th of April, at 20.00, but because there was a storm, we had to circle 3 times, pilot even thought of diverting to Valencia Ekkkk. Finally landed at 21.00, our transfer was a wheelchair adapted car, so you can imagine what I was thinking, has the driver had enough, and left? Got through airport, and YES, our driver was still waiting, what a relief, our driver was fantastic with my sister, even gave us time for a well earned smoke!!, I am so glad to say, we hade the same, wonderful driver on our return trip. I am afraid I didn't get the drivers name, but Juan Luis Gil Alvarez, will know, thank him very much for me, what a star!!!!!

We flew to Alicante last Monday and got dropped to Benidorm just outside the hotel. Kids got water and lollipops and were delighted with our trip.I was so nervous about our transfer and I was even thinking to rent a car so we just saved couple hundreds of euros Their driver made our trip so comfy and nice! Our next trip to Beni will be definitely with the same company. Even if its bit more expensive than going with the bus its really worth the money .

Thanks Barry , great service again, just a comment on the driver who picked us up from the hotel, he really looked after my 86 year old father helping us with the cases and coming back to grab the hand luggage bags as I walked with my father up the pathway to the vehicle , he was fantastic and patient, refusing to pull away until he was settled and had had his inhaler even though I said this was normal. He just did that little bit extra all from start to finish

I can’t recommend BEST Benidorm Transfer enough, over the last week they have brought my partner and stepdaughter, returned stepdaughter to the airport at 5a.m. and yesterday brought me to join partner in Benidorm. Each time they were ready and waiting for the pick up. Yesterday I landed at Alicante got through passport control, health check,located driver (clear sign held up as soon as go through exit) and got to hotel within an hour. €55 is great value for such a superb service.

We use Juan Luis Gil Alvarez very nice vehicles only 55 euro for 4 pay in car , has bigger vehicles for groups very reliable , very clean too.

It was a fab service last week for other half and great service and price.

That's a good price and they are very reliable had them a few times.

The best transfer we have ever had no waiting around and so professional highly recommend these guys.

Used this company last year Airport to hotel , and hotel to Airport going back . Was waiting outside with a  name board  , was a fully air conditioned  7 seater brilliant service . Will never use the bus again.

Juan Luis Gil Alvarez has very nice vehicles there clean smart reliable and very good price , up to you though but if you hire of best Benidorm transfer at least you get there in about 45 min transfer coach could be 2 hours by time you wait for other flights and drop offs , I’d rather have extra time in Benidorm and it isn’t even more expensive , we usually tip 5 euro as this company so cheap plus it helps them trade been slow for all enjoy.

I’ d like to thank Juan Luis Gil Alvarez for arranging a last minute transfer for me after my other transfer company cancelled last minute on me. I’d Recommend his service to anyone, very plesent driver (even at 1.30am) he was there waiting for me when I came through the doors, no messing.

Booked with best benidorm transfer for our holiday in November. Driver was waiting for us at airport and we were at our accommodation in around 40mins. You only pay when you get to your accommodation and there are no fees if you have to cancel. It was the best service we've ever had and will only be using Juan and his team from now on. 100% recommend Best Benidorm Transfer.

Juan’s friendly driver picked me up from Denia a few weeks ago. Worth noting for those who live here - they offer much more than an airport to resort service. Much cheaper than a taxi, on time and a very comfy Merc which allowed me to fall asleep for the journey. Highly recommended & will most certainly use again.

Of all the transfer companies the only one I would use is through Juan Luis Gil Alvarez at Best Benidorm Transfer. They are great value and wait for you in arrivals. Like a limo service but at a fraction of the price.

I absolutely recommend Best transfers Benidorm. We were collected from the airport within 2 minutes of getting through the gate. The service was impeccable, also Juan Luis team took us to our wedding venue near Benissa and then collected us 5 hrs later. Again the driver was lovely! Totally recommend!

Booked with Juan in march very good service driver waiting for us at airport with my name on a card brought us to a lovely 8 seater car turned the music on for the younger ones and even let them charge their phones brilliant service and same on return have already booked for next year wont be using the coaches again give this company a chance ye wont be disappointed.

Glad you joined cause I'm sick of paying over the top prices and waiting 2 hours for bus transfers. Best service I've received and I visit 6 times a year felt like a VIP on arrival last week very well dressed driver waiting with my name on card straight to the car and in benidorm less than an hour thank you I won't be using any1 else in the future
